KDE 3.5 Default KSplash with Nuvola Icons

I’ve created a new KSplash for anyone using KDE 3.5 and the Nuvola icon theme, so you can be greeted with the Nuvola icons right from the outset, rather than being bothered with Crystal while KDE loads
